【摘要】 研究了用连续操作的方式和添加新型辅助试剂氨水的方法合成β- Co( OH) 2 。通过连续加料的湿法合成 ,控制一定的 p H值、反应温度和加料速度 ,可以实现对晶体成核和长大速度的有效控制 ;通过加入微量辅助添加剂氨水可以有效地控制β- Co( OH) 2 的氧化。 XRD分析显示 ,合成出来的产物具有较好的结晶性能。电性能测试显示产品性能符合工业标准。本法适宜于工业化规模生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new preparation method of cobalt hydroxide employing continuous operation and adding ammonia water was reported. The crystallization of product can be controlled effectively by adjusting pH, temperature and adding rate. In addition, the oxidation rate can be controlled as well XRD experiment showed that the product possessed good crystal properties. The electrochemical properties of the cobalt hydroxide show that this method can be applied in industry.更多还原
