【Abstract】 Cast epoxy composite material used as encapoulating material for sealing electronic element is introduced, especially the effect of red phosphorous flame retardant agent, gibbsite stuffing, coupling agent and firming agent on the properties of cast epoxy resin. Performance measurement indicates that the studied material has the same properties as those of Japanese products and could be widely used in horizontal output transformer of color TV, electronic element encapsulating materials and so on.更多还原
