溴素法催化合成十溴二苯醚及其精制新工艺研究

【摘要】 采用均匀试验设计和单纯形寻优法对溴素法合成十溴二苯醚的工艺条件进行了研究 ,在新型金属型催化剂 HD- 0 1存在的条件下 ,当二苯醚与溴的摩尔比为 1∶ 3 0 ,催化剂用量为二苯醚质量的 2 0 % ,二苯醚的滴加温度为 3 0°C,回流反应时间为 5 .5 h,反应达到优化 ,十溴二苯醚收率为 95 .2 %。同时针对国内生产存在的问题 ,研究得出了一种简便的十溴二苯醚提纯精制方法

【Abstract】 Catalytic synthesis of decabromodiphenyl ether was carried out by brominating diphenyl oxide in the presence of a novel metal catalyst HD 01. Uniform test design and simplex optimization were applied in the research, and optimum conditions for the reaction were obtained. Under the optimized conditions, molar ratio of diphenyl ether to bromine was 1∶30, ratio of catalyst HD 01 to diphenyl oxide 1∶5( m/m ), diphenyl ether feeding temperature 30 °C , reflux time 5.5 hours and the yield of purified decabromodiphenyl ether was up to 95.2%. A simple and convenient purification method was developed in order to solve the existing domestic problems in decabromodiphenyl ether production.
