新显色剂N-烯丙基-N′-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲与银显色反应的研究及应用

【摘要】 在氨性介质中 ,Trition X-1 0 0存在下 ,N-烯丙基 -N′-(氨基对苯磺酸钠 )硫脲 ( ASATu)能与银发生反应 ,生成一个配合比为 1∶ 1的茶色水溶性配合物 ,其最大吸收波长在 4 1 0 nm。研究了此反应的适宜条件 ,并建立了一个测定银的新方法。该方法已用于阳极泥和地质样品中银的测定
【Abstract】 The color reaction of Ag(Ⅰ) with N-allyl-N′(sodium p-aminobenzene sulfonate)thiourea (ASATu) has been studied.In the presence of nonionic surfactant Trition X-100,Ag(Ⅰ) can react with ASATu in 0.3 mol·L -1NH 3·H 2O solution to form a stable 1∶1 brown-colored water soluble complex.The absorption maximum of the complex is at 410 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 5.6×10 4 L·mol -1·cm -1.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.6 mg/L for Ag(Ⅰ).The correlation coefficient is 0.9997.The method has been applied to determination of Ag(Ⅰ) in anode mud and ore with satisfactory results.
