直接氧化法合成2,3,5-三甲基氢醌

【摘要】以 Mn O2 -H2 SO4混合物作为氧化剂 ,通过直接氧化法合成得到 2 ,3 ,5 -三甲基氢醌 (TMHQ )。比较理想的工艺条件是 :H2 SO4的含量控制在 3 0 %～ 40 % ,2 ,3 ,6-三甲基苯酚∶二氧化锰 =1∶ 2 (摩尔比 ) ,在约 65℃反应 3 h,TMHQ的产率为 60 .8%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Trimethylhydroquinone (TMHQ) was synthesized by direct oxidation method with MnO 2 H 2SO 4 mixture as oxidant. The optimized conditions are as following: the concentration of H 2SO 4 is 30%~40%; molar ratio of TMP and MnO 2 is 1∶2; the reaction time is for 3 h and the reaction temperature is 65 ℃.
