ε-己内酰胺N-烷基化反应的探索
N-Alkylation of ε-caprolacam
【摘要】 ε-己内酰胺与溴化苄、正溴己烷、α-氯乙酸甲酯、三甲基氯硅烷等卤化物在氢化钠的作用下 ,在四氢呋喃中进行反应 ,合成了 4种 N-烷基化产物。产率 5 5 %～ 87%
【Abstract】 Reaction of ε caprolacam with alkylating reagents such as PhCH 2Br, CH 3(CH 2) 4CH 2Br, ClCH 2 COOCH 3 and ClSi(CH 3) 3 in the presence of NaH and THF gave products 2a,2b,2c and 2d in 55%～87% yields.
