肺炎克雷伯氏菌培养工艺的研究
Study on Culture Technological Conditions of Klebsiella Pneumoniae
【摘要】 本文研究了肺炎克雷伯氏菌的培养工艺 ,得到了实验范围内最佳的培养基组成和培养条件 :葡萄糖 1% (质量分数 ,下同 )、大豆胨 1 5 %、牛肉浸膏 0 2 %、酵母粉0 2 %、蛋白胨 0 5 %、氯化钠 0 5 %、K2 HPO40 35 %、KH2 PO40 15 %。 2 %接种量 ,转速16 0r min和 2 0 %的摇瓶装填量是适宜的
【Abstract】 The cultivation of Klebsiella pneumoniae in flask was studied. The medium recipe suitable to Kp-9 strain growth and expression of the capsular glycoprotein was proposed. The ingredients of the recipe include glucose 1%, soya peptone 1.5%, beef extract 0.2%, yeast extract 0.2%,tryptone 0.5%,NaCl 0.5, K 2HPO 4 0.35% and KH 2PO 4 0.15%. The suitable culture conditions are 160r/min of rotate speed, 20% of filling capacity and 2% of inoculum volume.
