CaCO3纳米粉填充环氧树脂分散技术研究
Study on the distribution of nano-CaCO3 plunged in epoxy resin
【摘要】 对CaCO3 纳米粉填充环氧树脂的均匀分散技术进行了探讨。采用超声波振动和对CaCO3纳米粉进行硅烷偶联处理两种方法改进CaCO3 在环氧树脂中的分散效果。扫描电镜观察表明 ,以上两种方法比普通搅拌混合效果显著 ,实现了CaCO3 纳米粉在环氧树脂中的均匀分散。
【Abstract】 The uniform distribution of nano CaCO 3 plunged in epoxy resin is studied. Ultrasonic wave and treatment of silicone coupling are used to improve the uniform distribution of nano CaCO 3 plunged in epoxy resin. By means of SEM, ultrasonic wave and treatment of silicone coupling are proved to promote the uniform distribution effectively, which are ideal mixing methods for nano CaCO 3 in epoxy resin and better than mechanical mixing. \[
