【Abstract】 Specialty construction is the foundation of higher education. Computer communications is the popular specialty nowadays. According to the basic requirement of specialty construction in this article, analyzing the position of computer communications specialty, and introducing the main contents of the specialty construction of computer communications, including the academic steps brigade, the science research, the basic construction and the quality of teaching.
