红外传感器在飞轮强度实验中的应用
Application of Infrared Sensor in the Flywheel Strength Experiment
【摘要】 介绍了红外传感器在飞轮强度实验中动态测量飞轮主体部分轴向微小变形的应用。在电涡流传感器无法适应的强电磁干扰的环境里 ,使用红外传感器代替 ,利用红外传感器对物体表面黑度的敏感特性测量微小变形 ,取得了很好的效果 ,为进一步研究飞轮的强度和破坏机理提供了重要的实验参考
【Abstract】 A new use of infrared sensor in dynamic mini displacement detection in the flywheel strength experiment was introduce. In the special environment that eddy current sensor could not be used, the infrared sensor was applied as a substitute to detect the mini displacement of rotating flywheel through the characteristic of blackness sensitivity,and has got very good result. It also give out a very important reference for the research in flywheel’s intensity and the destroy theory.
