【摘要】 研究了鲍鱼幼体培育阶段中采苗板上附着猛水蚤和线虫的数量变化。号池猛水蚤的密度为 12-2 ～个0.025.5 /cm2平均密度为个, 1.8 /cm2;号池的猛水蚤的密度为～个12-10 0.018.4 /cm2平均密度为, 3.0 个/cm2,两个池的猛水蚤都有两个密度的高峰期。采苗板上硅藻的密度变化和猛水蚤的密度的变化有一定关系,显示猛水蚤数量的增加依赖硅藻量的增加和猛水蚤会摄食硅藻。号池线虫的密度为～12-2 0.023.6个/cm2平均为个个, 1.5 /cm2;号池的线虫的密度为～个12-10 0.27.0 /cm2平均密度为个, 3.2 /cm2,到幼体培育的中期,两个池的线虫密度都达到最高峰。线虫的密度的增长是依赖于硅藻的密度的增加的。号12-2 池鲍鱼幼体密度为～个 0.010.45 /cm2平均密度为个, 0.15 /cm2;号池鲍鱼幼体密度为～个12-10 0.010.17 /cm2平均密度为个, 0.06 /cm2。在育苗的早期在采苗板上附着的鲍鱼幼体逐渐增加以后两个池的鲍鱼幼, , 体密度渐渐降下来。更多还原

【Abstract】 The abundance of harpacticoids and nematodes on the boards for abalone larva adherence have been investigated during a phase of larva culture of the abalone, Haliotis diversicolor～. In the pond 12-2, the density of harpacticoids is 0.025.5 inds./cm2( individuals ), the average density is 1.8 inds. /cm2～; In the pond 12-10, the density of harpacticoids is 0.018.4 inds./cm2, the average density is 3.0 inds. /cm2. Harpacticoids of both ponds develop two density peaks during the culture phase. The variations of densities of diatoms and harpacticoids are related to each other, and this shows that the abundance increment of harpacticoids depends on the increment of diatoms abundance and harpacticoids might feed on the diatoms. In the pond 12-2, ～the density of nematodes is 0.023.6 inds./cm2and the average density is 1.5 inds./cm2. In the ～pond 12-10, the density of nematodes is 0.27.0 inds./cm2and the average density is 3.2 inds./cm2.In the middle of culture phase, the nematode densities of both ponds reach a peak. The density increment of nematodes depends on the density increment of diamonts. In the pond 12-2, the ～density of abalone larvae is 0.010.45 inds./cm2and the average density is 0.15 inds./cm2.
