H13钢碳化物析出型渗碳(CDC)处理
Carbide dispersion carburizing of steel H13
【摘要】 对H1 3钢的CDC处理进行了研究 ,用金相显微镜及扫描电子显微镜分析了渗碳层的组织形貌 ,用X射线衍射分析了碳化物的组成。确定了H1 3钢在 95 0℃CDC处理的最佳碳势为w [C]=1 2 % ;可获得经水淬后的渗层组织为马氏体基体上弥散分布的碳化物 ,主要碳化物是颗粒平均尺寸为 2 5 0nm的Cr7C3,渗层厚度达到 5 5 0 μm ,最高硬度达到 1 2 5 0Hm .与氮化处理的H1 3钢模具做了耐磨性比较 ,其耐磨性能优于氮化处理
【Abstract】 The microstructure and composition of CDC layer were studied by OM,SEM and X-ray.The optimal carbon potential (w=1.2%) was determined for the best carburization at 950℃.Under this condition, The CDC layer was composed of dispersive carbides (most of Cr 7C 3) distributed on the martensite matrix. The average diameter of Cr 7C 3 is 250 nm. The CDC layer thickness and hardness are 550 μm and 1250 Hm respectively.steel H13 treated by CDC shows better wear resistance than that treated by surface nitridization.
