烹饪工艺专业实践课教学方法探讨
【摘要】 文章主要从笔者几年的教学经验和教学体会出发,探讨了烹饪工艺专业实践课教学过程中几种常用的教学方法。
【Abstract】 From the point Of the writer’ s teaching experience and teaching understanding, this article probes into several teaching methods which are adopted frequently in practice teaching of the cuisine techniques.
