【摘要】 21世纪中小学班主任心理素质的特点是 :1.教师的人格特点与专业技术人员有较大的差异 ,并受到性别、年龄等因素的影响 ;2 .班主任和非班主任相比 ,除低 M、高 O外 ,其他各因子均没有显著差异。据此可以认为当前我国中小学班主任的心理素质和非班主任相比无明显优势。提高中小学班主任教师心理素质应从改革师范教育、加强中小学班主任工作管理、完善继续教育、建立教师心理健康保健机制等方面入手更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics of class counsellors (teachers in overall charge of classes)are as follows:1.Their ponsonalities are considerably different from those of technical personnel or staff and are influenced by their sex,age,etc.2.There is no remarkable difference between class counsellors and other teachers,which shows that they are not superior to non counsellor teachers..In order to raise the psychological quality of class counsellors in primary and middle schools,the teachers education must be reformed;the management of class counsellors must be strengthened;the continuing education must be improved,and the mechanism of teachers mental health care must be established.更多还原
