【Abstract】 Modernization Strategy (MS) is based on certain technological thoughts. Taking this into consideration, the development of Modernization Strategy in China can be classified into four stages: MS based on heavy industry technology period, MS dominated by industry technology, MS combined with traditional industry technology and information technology and MS emphasizing on the leading role of information technology. The evolution process of MS reflects the changes in technology thoughts held by the decision-making group in China, which can be regarded as the results of the global modernization and technology revolution.更多还原
