高频焊内螺纹铜管性能研究
A Study on the Performance of High Frequency Welding Inner-Grooved Copper Tubes
【摘要】 本文对高频焊内螺纹铜管原材料的机械性能和在不同焊接速度下的高频焊内螺纹铜管的晶粒度和扩口率进行了测定。经对试验结果分析表明:在其它工艺参数不变的情况下,随着焊接速度的增加,焊缝组织的晶粒度 减小.铜管的扩口率增加。
【Abstract】 Mechanical performance of strip material used as HF welding inner-grooved copper tubes has been tested.The grain size and extension rate of tubes at different welding speed have been measured. The results reveal that the grain size of welding seam decreases with the increase of welding velocity and the rate of tubes’ extension increases under the same technological conditions.
