抗高过载低量程应变式加速度计优化设计
Optimal Design of Low-Test-Rang and High-Shock-Resistant Strain Accelerometer
【摘要】 介绍了一种新型应变式加速度计,讨论了包括限位结构在内的传感器结构设计,并依据误差传递原理,对弹性元件——等强度梁进行了优化设计。实验表明,此加速度计具有抗高过载能力和适应低加速度值的灵敏度。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces a new kind of strain accelerometer and discusses the overall design of it’s structure,including the design of a position limiter.With the help of the error transferring theory, optimal design of the elastic element-beam of uniform strength was conducted.Test results show that the aceelerometer is capable to be against high overload and of applicable sensitivity for low acceleration.
