涂料用固体丙烯酸树脂的悬浮聚合研究
The Study of Suspension Polymerization of Solid Acrylic Resins for Coating
【摘要】 本文系统考察了悬浮聚合中影响涂料用固体丙烯酸树脂分子量及其分布的各种因素 ;对丙烯酸酯的悬浮二元共聚及加入第三组分共聚进行了研究 ,考察了不同单体对产物的影响 ;并且探讨了悬浮聚合的稳定性和粒径大小的影响因素 ,确定了合成涂料用固体丙烯酸酯较好的工艺条件
【Abstract】 The solid acrylic resins for coating are a new type of resins with excellent properties. In order to explore the techniques of synthesizing such resins, acrylic resins for coating were synthesized by suspension(co) polymerization, and the factors that affect the molecular weight (MW) and its distribution (MWD) in suspension (co) polymerization were systemically examined. Meanwhile, the effect of different monomers on the ultimate products were studied the factors of affecting the particle sizes and stability of suspension polymerization were also examined.
