【摘要】 目的研究玄麦咽康含片的抗炎、化痰作用。方法采用常规的炎症模型及小鼠酚红排泌法 ,观察玄麦咽康含片对急、慢性炎症的抑制作用及化痰作用。结果玄麦咽康含片能显著抑制慢性肉芽肿的形成 ;抑制角叉菜胶引起的足跖肿胀 ;还能增加小鼠气管的酚红排泌量。结论玄麦咽康含片具有抗炎和化痰作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ?Objective To study the anti inflammatory and expectorative effects of XBT. Methods Experiments were carried out with conventional methods, like inflammatory model and phenol red secretion from mouse tracheus to investigate the effects of XBT on of acute and chronic inflammation and expectoration.Results XBT could significantly inhibit the chronic cotton ball induced subcutaneous granulation hyperplasia in rats and had inhibitory effects on carrageenan induced swelling paws. In the secretion experiment of mouse tracheus, the study showed that XBT could significantly increase secretion of phenol red in the respiratory tract. Conclusion XBT has significant pharmacodynamic effects of anti inflammation and expectoration. 〔更多还原
