【摘要】 目的观察黄芪与前列腺素E1(PGE1)联合治疗糖尿病肾病 (DN)的临床疗效。方法 3 0例DN患者随机分成观察组和对照组 ,两组均用PGE1,观察组每日静滴黄芪注射液 40ml,疗程 3周 ,对比观察治疗前后 2 4h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐 (Ser)、尿素氮 (BUN)改变。结果观察组治疗后尿蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮明显降低 ,与治疗前比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,与对照组治疗后比较也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论黄芪与PGE1联合治疗DN安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 ?Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi and PGE 1 in treatment of diabetec nephropathies(DN). Methods 30 patients diagnosed as DN were divided into two groups:treating group (Huangqi+PGE 1) and controlling one.Both groups were treated with PEG 1 injecting,but Huangqi(40?ml,daily)was only given in treating group,with a treatment period of three weeks.The ureal protein per 24 hours,Ser, and BUN of all the patients were observed before and after the treatment.Results In treating group,the urinary protein per 24 hours,Ser and BUN were lowered significantly after treatment (P<0.05).Compared with controlling group,the urinary protein per 24 hours, Ser and BUN were decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion The combined therapy with of Huangqi and PGE 1 is safe and effective in treatment of DN. 〔更多还原
