【Abstract】 ?Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of JSF on PNSDSK.Methods 60 patients with PNSDSK were randomly devided into the test group treated with JiShen Formula(30 Cases), and the control group treated with prednisone(30 Cases). Results The results showed that the renal functions wereall improved,blood-lipid and urinary protein decreased,and plasma albumin increased among animals in both groups, with no significant difference between them. However,in comparison with the control group,the test group could remarkably decrease the indexes of blood rheology(P<0.01) and had fewer side-effects. Conclusion WYPBD is so effective on PNSDSK as that of prednisone. 〔更多还原
