【摘要】 目的阐明竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法应用形态学方法观察竹黄Ⅱ号对应激小鼠皮肤肥大细胞的影响。结果束缚应激诱导了小鼠皮肤肥大细胞脱颗粒 ,竹黄Ⅱ号抑制了此效应。结论提示竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号可抑制心理应激诱导的皮肤肥大细胞脱颗粒 ,可能是其治疗银屑病的疗效机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of No.Ⅱ Zhuhuang Granule for psoriasis.Methods The state of skin mast cells among stress mice was carefully assied by light microscopy.Results Immobilization stress induced the skin mast cells of mice degranulating and No.Ⅱ Zhuhuang Granule Could inhibit this response. Conclusion No.Ⅱ Zhuhuang Granule can provent the skin mast cells of mice from releasing granules induced by psychologic stress and it may be apart of the therapeutic mechanism of this drug to treat psoriasis.更多还原
