【摘要】 目的　观察复方丹参注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效。方法　将确诊患儿分为对照组和治疗组 ,每组各 30例 ,对照组采用常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用复方丹参注射液 ,1 0天为 1疗程。结果　治疗组患儿脑水肿、肌张力异常、昏迷、惊厥及其他临床症状的恢复时间均较对照组缩短 3天～ 6天 ,明显优于对照组。结论　早期足量应用复方丹参注射液能有效阻断因缺氧、缺血所造成的脑组织损伤 ,有利于受损脑组织的修复和再生 ,降低患儿神经系统后遗症的发生 ,降低患儿病死率、致残率 ,提高患儿存活质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the effect of Rlocality Danshen Parenteral Solution in treating HIE. Method Divide diagnosed patient into contrast group and remedia l group,every group has 30 cases.The contrast group used routine treatment,the rem edial group added useing Rlocality Danshen Parenteral Solution.One course includ ed 1 0 days. Results Recovery time of remedial group shortened 3～6 d ays t han that of the contrast group on cerebral edema,muscle ergoleaf,coma,convulsion and other clinical symptoms,visibly exceued to the contrast group. Conclusions Applying early sufficiency Rlocality Dans h en Parenteral Solution can block brain’s tissue damage with hypoxia and ischemi a utility,be propitious to damaged brain tissue’ plerosis and regeneration.decr ease o ccurrenc of nervous system’s sequela,decrease fatality rate and mutilation rate ,raise the survival quality of the sick children.
