【摘要】 目的　观察、研究t PA对于白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术后残留晶体皮质及纤维蛋白渗出的作用。方法　在的卡因表面麻醉下 ,在裂腺灯观察下 ,用 1毫升注射器从角膜缘内 1毫米处刺入前房 ,抽出 0 .2毫升房水 ,注入t PAl6微克 ,点四可膏 ,包扎术眼。结果　 2 6例患者前房内注射t PA后 ,残留晶状体皮质全部吸收 ,视力明显提高。结论　t PA能使残留晶体皮质迅速吸收 ,且无前房出血以及角膜损伤等副作用 ,在预防、治疗白内障囊外摘除术后后发障以及纤维蛋白渗出等方面有广阔的应用前景更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of t PA on remained cortex and fibrin exudation after extra capsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber introcular lens implantation (ECCE-PCTOP). Methods Dicaine anesthesia, slip lamp examination, puncturing the anterioT chamber at corneal limbus with l ml injector, drawing O. 2 ml aqueous humor, injecting 16 mg t PA, using hydrocortisone acetate, bandaging. ResultsIn 26 cases, remained cortex was absorbed completely, fibrin exudation wsa apparently absorbed and wisual acuity was improved after the injection of t PA into the anterior chamber.Conclusion Remained cortex and fibrin exudation were absorbed quickly when t PA was used, no side effect such as hyphemia and corneal injury . T-PA has vast prospect in preventing and treating of posterior capsule opactfication and fibrin exudation.更多还原
