【摘要】 目的　观察纳米烧烫伤贴对烧伤植皮的疗效。方法　临床观察 2 8例住院烧伤患者 ,全部为深度烧伤 ,创面早期去痂做各种植皮 ,将植皮区分为用纳米敷米区与用氯霉素凡士林纱同时包扎区 ,记录创面感染率、皮片愈合时间及愈合率。结果　用纳米敷料区创面感染率明显低于氯霉素区 (P <0 0 1)。大张植皮和小邮票 +异体皮植皮区愈合时间较对照区短 (P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1)。植皮区皮片愈合率较对照区高 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。结论　纳米烧烫伤贴用于烧伤植皮区包扎具有显著疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Nanotech being used as new extemal dressing for skin grafting wounds.Methods 28 admission bums were observed.All deep wounds get excision and skin grafting early,then be distributed into 2 regions,using Nanotech as extemal dressing(Nanotech group,NG) and using Cholramphenicol Vaselin gauze(Choramphenicol Vaselin group,CVG) as extemal dressing for comparison.Record the infection rate;skin graft healing time and skin graft survival rate.Results The infection rate in NG,except skin flap grafting wound,is lower than CVG.The skin graft healing time in NG,except skin flap graft,is obviously shorter( P<0 05,P<0 01 ),and the skin graft survival rate,except skin flap grafting,get higher( P<0 01,P<0 05 ).Conclusion The therapeutic evaluation of Nanotch being used as new extemal dressing for skin grafting wounds is of obvious effective.更多还原
