【摘要】 目的 :研究泮立苏 (泮托拉唑 )对老年应激性溃疡上消化道出血的治疗作用。方法 :60例老年应激性溃疡患者随机分成泮托拉唑组 ,法莫替丁组 ,观察治疗效果。结果 :泮托拉唑组显效率 64 5 % ,总有效率 96 8% ,法莫替丁组显效率3 4 5 % ,总有效率 75 9% ,法莫替丁组明显低于泮托拉唑组。结论 :泮托拉唑能有效地治疗老年应激性溃疡上消化道出血的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Pantoprazole on senile stress ulcer upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Sixty patients with senile strees ulcer were randomly devided into Pantoprazole group and Famotidine group to compare the therapeutic effect.Results The effective rate and total effective rate were 64.1% and 96.8% in Pantoprazole group and 34.5% and 75.9% in Famotidine group,the former was much higher that the latter(P<0 05).Conclusion Pantoprazole can effectively treat senile stress ulcer upper gastrointestinal bleeding.更多还原
