【摘要】 目的:了解安阳市围产儿死亡原因及相关因素,更好地开展围产期保健工作。方法:对安阳市1996～2000年169例围产儿死亡材料进行整理、分析。结果:围产儿死亡原因依次为先天畸形、新生儿疾病、母亲因素。其中68例为可以避免死亡和创造条件可以避免死亡,占围产儿死亡总数的40.24％。结论:提高围产期保健工作质量,改善社会环境,提高孕产妇自我保健意识和优生意识可以有效地降低围产儿死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 ve To find out the death causes and the relative factors in 169 perinatal babies in Anyang city in or-der to develop the health protection better. Methods To sort and analyze the files in the perinatal babies in Anyang from 1996 -2000. Results The death causes of the perinatal babies are congenital deformity, the diseases of newborns,the factors of mothers. Of the 169 cases,68 babies can be avoided death or can be tried to avoid death.counting for 40. 24% . Conclusions To improve the health protection quality and the surroundings of society, to make the pregnant women aware of the impor-tance of self-health and eugenics could effectively reduce the death rate of the perinatal baby.更多还原
