【摘要】 目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定盆炎灵丸中丹参酮ⅡA 含量。方法 :4分析柱采用Vp—ODS(6 .0× 15 0mm) ,分析流动相为甲醇—水 (15 :5 ) ,流速为 1.0ml·min - 1,检测波长为 2 70nm。结果 :=线性范围为 32 .32～ 2 5 8.5 6ng ,r =0 .9999,测得平均回收率为 96 .89% (n =5RSD为 1.0 3% )。结论 :该方法简便 ,准确 ,适合于盆炎灵丸的质量检验分析更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Tanshinnone Ⅱ A in Penyanling pills . Method:The analytical column was Vp-ODS(6.0×150mm),The mobile phase consists of methanol-water(15:5)at a flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1". UV detection at 270nm. Results:The method was linear within the range of 32.32～258.56ng,r=0.9999(n=5). The mean recovery was 96.89%(n=5)and the RSD was 1.03%. Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quantitative analysis of Penyanling pills.更多还原
