【摘要】 目的 :对利咽生津颗粒剂建立质量标准。方法 :用薄层色谱鉴别颗粒剂中的麦冬、金银花 ,测定醇性浸出物 ,并考察本品的稳定性。结果 :供试品溶液中检出了与麦冬对照药材及绿原酸对照品相一致的斑点 ,且空白对照无干扰 ;醇溶性浸出物含量定于不少于 4.5 %。结论 :本法为利咽生津颗粒剂的质量控制提供了实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish quality standard of Liyan Shenjin Granules (LYSJG). Method: TLC was used to test Radix Ophzopogonis and Flos Lonicerae, and assaying the alcohol extraction, as well as the granule stability. Result: Compared to contrast herb and chlorogenic acid, the same spot that came from the sample solution appeared in the place where it appeared in contrasting materials, and there was no interference in blank contrast solution. As for the alcohol extraction, it was more than 4.5%. Conclusion: The method establishes an experiment data for quality control of LYSJG.更多还原
