【摘要】 目的 :研究SLE患者红细胞免疫功能的变化及其与中医辨证分型的关系。方法 :4 0例患者予以狼疮活动积分 ,分为活动期和缓解期 ,并随机选取 2 0例健康人作对照。选用C3 bRR、ICR作为红细胞免疫功能的指标。结果 :SLE患者C3 bRR率与健康人比较显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,ICR率则显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。C3 bRR、血清C3 水平依热毒炽盛、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚、气阴两虚型递增 ,而ICR率、ESR水平依上述次序递减。结论 :SLE患者红细胞免疫功能较健康人低下 ,其改变可以作为判断狼疮活动的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To measure the changes of the red cell immune function in SLE patients and study its relation with BianZhengFenXing in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: 40 cases of SLE patients were investigated by Lupus activity index, resulting in active stage group and stable stage group. ESR and complement C 3 were tested routinely. Results: The C 3 bRR rate in SLE patients was significantly lower than that of normal controls ( P <0.01), but the ICR rate was significantly higher than that of normal controls ( P <0.01). The C 3 bRR and serum complement C 3 titer in patients with SLE were successively higher from RDCSX?PSYXX and GSYXX to QYLXX, but the ICR rate and ESR were successively lower in that sequence. Conclusion: The red cell immune function in patients with SLE is lower than that in normal controls which can be used as a guideline in estimating lupus activity.更多还原
