【摘要】 目的 :建立测定木蝴蝶中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法 :采用HPLC法对测定木蝴蝶中黄芩苷进行含量测定 ,ODSHypersil色谱柱 (4× 12 5mm ,5um) ;流动相 :甲醇—水—磷酸 (47∶5 3∶0 .2 ) ;检测波长 2 80nm。结果 :黄芩苷在 0 .183ug～0 .915ug范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .99995 ,其回归方程为 :y =4 810 6 4 73.2 2x - 12 32 15 .1,平均回收率为 97.4 0 %(n =5 ) ,RSD %为 0 .38%。结论 :本方法简便、准确、重现性好 ,可作为木蝴蝶药材及其复方制剂质量控制标准更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the determination on baicalin of Oroxylum indicum Vent. Method:HPLC was applied, ODSHypersil(4×125mm,5um) for column, methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47∶53∶0.2) for mobile phase, detective wave 280nm. Results:The linear range of baicalin was 0.183ug to 0.915ug, r=0.99995. The regression equation was y=48106473.22x-123215.1,the average recovery was 97.40%(n=5),with RSD(%) 0.38%. Conclusion:The method is accurate and the reproducibility is good, and it could be used for the determination of baicalin in Oroxylum indicum Vent and related quality control standard for compound preparation更多还原
