【摘要】 目的 :建立以高效液相色谱法测定吴茱萸提取物中吴茱萸内酯、吴茱萸碱及吴茱萸次碱含量的方法。方法 :十八烷基键合硅胶柱 ,流动相乙腈 -水 -四氢呋喃 -乙酸 (5 1∶4 8∶1∶0 .1)。检测波长 2 10nm。结果 :3种成分能很好的分离。吴茱萸内酯、吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的线性范围分别为 :0 .86 6～ 2 .5 99μg·ml- 1(r =0 .9999)、0 .4 19～ 1.2 5 8μg·ml- 1(r =0 .9999)、0 .4 0 7～ 1.70 7μg·ml- 1(r =0 .9995 )。平均回收率吴茱萸内酯 (% )为97.0 1(n =5 ) ,RSD(% )为 1.6 8;吴茱萸碱 (% )为 99.74 ,RSD(% )为 0 .17;吴茱萸次碱 (% )为 99.0 1(n =5 ) ,RSD(% )为 0 .2 4。结论 :方法简便快速 ,重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: An HPLC method was established for the determination of evdin, evodiamine and rutaecarpine in extract of fructus evodiae. Methods: Chromatographic column C18 ODS; mobile phase:acetonitrile-water-tetrahydorfuran-acetic acid (51:48:1:0.1); detecting wavelength 210nm. Results: The line range of evodin, evodiamine and rutaecarpine were 0.866～2.599ug·ml-1 (r=0.9999), 0.419～1.258ug·ml-1 (r=0.9999), 0.402～1.207ug·ml-1 (r=0.9995) respectively, and the correlation coefficients were 97.01% (RSD=1.68%), 99.74% (RSD=0.14%) and 99.01% (RSD=0.24%) respectively. Conclusion: This method was simple, rapid and accurate.更多还原
