【摘要】 目的比较腰椎间盘术后椎间盘炎的保守治疗和手术治疗的效果,并探讨其有效的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1994年10月至2002年11月治疗的20例腰椎间盘术后的椎间盘炎,其中8例采用保守治疗,有3例因疗效不佳,而改用手术治疗,另外12例诊断明确后即采用手术治疗。比较两种方法在疗效和住院时间上的差异。结果保守治疗组,症状持续时间平均为6.4(3～9)个月,住院平均2.1(1.2～3)个月,而手术组在术后3～7d(平均5.2d)症状明显缓解,住院时间平均为20.5(15～28)d,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论保守治疗腰椎间盘炎疗效差,住院时间长,并发症多;而手术治疗疗效显著,住院时间短,是治疗椎间盘炎较为理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectivesTo compare the therapeutic efficacy between the co nservative and surgical treatment of discitis after operation of interlumbar ve rtebral discs and to explore the effective methods for obtaining a better outcom e.MethodsTwenty cases with postoper-ative lumbar discitis.treated from Oc t.,1994to Nov.,2002were analyzed retrospectively.Eight cases were treated by conservative method,but three out of them were subjected to surgic al treatment just because of poor effectiveness.The other12cases were treat -ed surgically from the beginning when their diagnoses were confirmed.The clin ical efficacy and duration of hospitalization in both groups were compared.Re sultsIn the group of conservative treatment ,the average duration of symptom persistence and hospital stay were6.4(3～9)months and2.1(1.2～3. 0)months,respectively.In the group of surgical treatment ,remarkable remiss ion of the clinical symptoms was observed only3～7days(average5.2days)af ter operation,and their mean hospital stay was20.5(15～28)days.Signi ficant differences existed between the duration of symptom persistence and hosp ital stay of two groups(P<0.01).Con-clusionHaving compared the dur ation of hospitalization,therapeutic efficacy and occurrence of complications i n both groups,treat-ment of postoperative lumbar discitis with surgical metho d shows more advantages over the conservative treatment.It is a better route f or treatment of intervertebral discitis.更多还原
