【摘要】 目的分析Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌患者的预后因素 ,探讨提高Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌 5年生存率的治疗方式。方法通过对 164例Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌患者的治疗随访 ,对影响预后的相关因素进行统计分析。结果总 5年生存率为 74.4%。病理类型 ,细胞分化程度 ,肌层浸润深度 ,盆腔淋巴结转移 ,手术方式均为影响预后的主要因素。结论明确术前诊刮价值 ,实行手术病理分期 ,规范子宫广泛切除加盆腔淋巴清扫术 ,对高危因素患者给予术前术后放疗 ,是提高Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌 5年生存率的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze the prognostic factors of patients with stage Ⅱ endometrial carcinoma and explore the treatment methods for raising their five years survival rate.MethodsThe effects of related prognostic factors were statistically analyzed in 164 cases with endometrial carcinoma through their outcome of treatment and follow-up. ResultsTheir total five years survival rate was 74.4%. The predominant factors influencing their prognosis were pathological types, the degree of cell differentiation, myoinvasive depth, metastasis of pelvic lymph nodes and operative methods. Conclusions The key points to increase five years survival rate of endometrial carcinoma include emphasizing the value of preoperative diagnostic curettage, operative pathological staging, standard radical hysterectomy combined with pelvic lymphadenectomy, preoperative and postoperative radiotherapy for patients with high risk factors.更多还原
