【摘要】 目的:调查海南黎族0～14岁儿童遗传病及先天性畸形分布及患病率。方法:分层整群随机抽样对3个黎族聚集县共96个自然村的全部0～14岁儿童进行流行病学调查。结果:共调查6832人,男3501人,女3331人,其中遗传病及先天性畸形107例,总患病率15.65‰。男女患病率有显著性差异,发现病种共36种,其中染色体病、单基因遗传病、多基因遗传病及其它可能与遗传有关疾病分别占3.74%、37.38%、48.50%、10.28%。结论:调查显示遗传病及先天性畸形严重影响黎族儿童素质,应加强优生遗传咨询及婚前、产前诊断工作,降低发病率,提高黎族人口健康素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the distribution and morbidity of inherited disease and congenital deformity of0～14years old children of Li nationality in Hainan island.Method:All0～14years old children in96natural villages gathering Li nationality gathered were investigated subjects for epidemiological survey by random and sampling method.Results:There were107cases of inherited disease and congenital deformity among6832children(male:3501;female:3331)and the total mor-bidity was15.65%.There was a remarkable difference between male and female children.36kinds of diseases were found including chromosome disease(3.74%),monogenic hereditary disease(37.38%),polygenic hereditary disease(48.50%),and other diseases related to heredity(10.28%).Conclusion:The survey shows that both inherited disease and congenital deformities seriously affect the health quality of children of Li nationality and both eugenic counseling and premarriage and prenatal diagno-sis should be reinforced to reduce morbidity and elevate the healthy quality of Li nationality popula-tion.更多还原
