【Abstract】 To study the chromosomal karyotype of a transgenic hybrid-buffalo. Method: The chromosomal samples were collected from auricular vein of the hybrid-buffalo by conventional technique of human chromosome. Results: The chromosome numbers of our transgenic hybrid-buffalo were 2n=49 (49,XX); the chromosome number one was longer and metacentric, the others were shorter and submetacentric. Conclusion: The chromosome translocation in the transgenic hybrid-buffalo is similar to that in rounte bybard-buffalo.更多还原
