【摘要】 目的 :探讨血清HBVDNA水平与HBV标志物 (HBV M)表现模式的关系。方法 :对 12 0 7例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行血清HBVDNA荧光定量PCR分析 ,HBVM检测采用ELISA法。结果 :血清HBVDNA水平与HBVM表现模式有关 ,HBsAg与HBeAg的存在影响HBVDNA水平变化。结论 :HBeAg和HBVDNA有明显的相关 ,抗 HBe、抗HBc阳性者病毒未完全停止复制 ,只是复制水平降低更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relation between the nuclear acid content of hepatitis B virus and hepatitis B virus markers.Methods: HBV DNA of 1 207 patients suffering from Chronic hepatitis B were quantified by Amplisensor ration PCR analysis Hepatitis B virus markers were detected by ELISA.Results: Serum HBV DNA content was related to hepatitis B virus markers.Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between HBeAg and HBV DNA,but the patients with positives Anti HBe and Anti HBc still have a few copies of HBV DNA.更多还原
