【摘要】 目的 :研究高血压病左心房大小与心房纤颤的关系。方法 :选择住院高血压病人 92例 ,其中阵发性心房纤颤 2 2例。通过回顾性研究 ,观察高血压水平、病程、高血压控制程度与左心房大小的关系以及左心房大小与心房纤颤的关系。结果 :高血压病血压水平高 ,病程长 ,血压控制不理想导致左心房扩大 ,左心房扩大易诱发心房纤颤。结论 :高血压病的治疗应重视改善左心室顺应性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relations of left atrium size with atrium vibration of the patients with hypertension.Methods: 92 cases of patients with hypertension were selected of them,22 cases of patients with paroxysmal atrium vibration.By menas of retrospect,the relations of left atrium size with the level of blood pressure,sick duration,the extent of blood pressure controlled and the relations of left atrium size with atrium vibration were observed.Results: High level of blood pressure,long duration of sickness and uncertain controlling of blood pressure would cause the left atrium to be enlarged which induced the atrium vibration.Conclusion: To treat hypertension the conformability of the left ventricle must be improved.更多还原
