【摘要】 目的 :探讨肿瘤抑制基因E cadherin在肾母细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :35例肾母细胞瘤 (病例组 )应用免疫组化SP法检测 ,其中临床Ⅰ～Ⅱ期 2 1例 ,Ⅲ～Ⅳ期 14例 ;或病理分型 :有利组织类型 (favorablehis tology ,FH) 30例 ,不利组织类型 (unfavorablehistology ,UH) 5例。以 10例儿童正常肾组织作为对照组。结果 :正常肾组织E cadherin的阳性表达率为 10 0 % (10 / 10 ) ,而肿瘤组织的阳性率为 4 0 % (14 / 35 ) ,2者之间差异有统计学意义。各临床分期及各分型之间E cadherin阳性表达率差异无统计学意义。结论 :E cadherin作为肿瘤抑制基因在肿瘤的发生、发展中可能起重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To investigate the expression of E cadherin and its clinical significance in nephroblastoma. Method:A total of 35 nephroblastoma samples and 10 normal children’s renal tissues were determined by immunohistochemical staining(Streptavidin Peroxidase method) in paraffin embeded specimens,among which 21 were at clinical stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ,and 14,at stage Ⅲ～Ⅴ;or pathological classification:favorable histology (FH),30 samples,unfavorable histology (UH),5 samples. Result: The positive rates of E cadherin expression in normal renal tissue and nephroblastoma were 100%(10/10),40%(14/35),respectively. It has significant difference between normal tissue and nephroblastoma,but no statistically significant difference was found between clinical stage,or between FH and UH( P >0.05). Conclusion: E cadherin as a suppressor may play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression.It may be useful in early diagnosis and prognosis of nephroblastoma and classification of the pathological type of nephroblastoma.更多还原
