【摘要】 目的 :探讨乳癌组织中Bcl 2蛋白的表达。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检测 69例乳癌组织中Bcl 2蛋白 ,P53蛋白 ,雌激素受体 (ER) ,孕激素受体 (PR)的表达及 1 5例正常乳腺组织Bcl 2蛋白的表达。结果 :Bcl 2蛋白 ,P53蛋白 ,ER ,PR在乳癌组织中表达的阳性率分别为 65 .2 % ,47.5 % ,75 .4 % ,69.6 % ;Bcl 2蛋白在正常乳腺组织中的表达 1 0 0 % ;Bcl 2蛋白表达与肿瘤体积大小 ,ER、PR、P53蛋白及病理组织学分级有密切关系 (P均 <0 .0 5) ;而与腋下淋巴结转移无关 (P >0 .0 5)。Bcl 2蛋白表达阳性 ,5a生存率高 ;Bcl 2蛋白表达阴性 ,5a生存率低。结论 :Bcl 2蛋白表达与乳癌预后密切相关 ,5a生存率高 ;Bcl 2蛋白对判断乳癌预后具有重要的临床价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To probe the relationship between Bcl 2 protein expression and the prognosis of breast carcinoma. Methods:Expressions of Bcl 2 protein, P53 protein, ER, and PR in 69 cases of breast carcinoma and expression of Bcl 2 protein in 15 normal mammary gland tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of Bcl 2 protein, P53 protein, ER, and PR in breast carcinoma tissues were 65.2%, 47.5%,75.4%, and 69.6% respectively. The positive rate for Bcl 2 protein expressions in normal mammary gland tissues was 100%. Bcl 2 expression had close correlation with the size of carcinoma( P <0.01), estrogen, progestogen receptors ( P <0.01), and the grades in pathohistology ( P <0.01); it negatively correlated with P53 protein( P <0.05), positively correlated with hormone receptor, and did not correlated with subaxileary lymphnode metastasis( P <0.05). If Bcl 2 protein expression was positive, the 5 year survival rate was high. Conclusions:High Bcl 2 protein expression has close correlation with good prognosis and 5 year survival rate. Bcl 2 protein may have significant clinical value in the prognosis of breast carcinoma.更多还原
