【摘要】 目的;介绍一种手术治疗颞下颌关节内强直(temporomandibular joint ankylosis,TMJA)的改进方法。方法:1987年至1999年间共收治76例TMJA患者中,采用改良自体皮囊作为假关节内填充物。结果:41例采用自体皮囊作为间充物以形成假关节,仅有1例复发,复发率为2.44%。选用其他填充物材料治疗35例,8例复发,复发率为22.79%。2组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。结论:采用改良自体皮囊作间充物治疗TMJA效果好,方法简单,复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To introduce a reformed surgical procedure performed in the arthroplasty of TMJ for treating TMJA. Methods: We compard two surqicnl approaches retrospectively by summarizing 76 patients of TMJA from 1987 to 1999. Results: Fourty one cases of TMJA were performed by using the reformed auto-skin bag as insert in the arthroplasty of TMJ. Only one case (1/41,2.44%) celapsed after treatmant. Other 35 cases were treated by the conventional inserts in the arthroplasty of TMJ, 8 cases were recurrent (22.79%) ( P < 0.05) .Conclusion: The approach bu using re-formed auto-skin bag as insert for curing TMJA is an effective and useful operativon method in the arthroplasty.更多还原
