【摘要】 目的　探讨河南省南召县意外死亡的分布特点及发生规律 ,为县卫生局制定相应的预防策略和措施提供依据。方法　采取整群抽样的方法进行抽样 ,然后对样本人口进行 3年 (1997- 1999)死亡回顾性调查 ,对因意外伤害原因死亡者进行分布特点的描述及发生原因的分析。结果　南召县 3年意外死亡 15 4人 ,死亡率为 5 4.31/10万 ,占死亡总数的 8.4%,为死因顺位的第 5位。其中 2 0～ 40岁年龄组的意外死亡所占的比重较大 ,超过 5 0 %;但是意外死亡率 30岁以后随着年龄的增加而增加 ,尤其是 70岁以后成倍增加。性别分布中男性高 (多 )于女性。原因分布结果表明 :自杀为南召县居民意外死亡的首位原因 ,车祸为第 2位 ,外伤为第 3位 ,第 4位为中毒。男性人口中占首位的是车祸 ,第二位为自杀 ,外伤为第三位 ,第四位为中毒。女性的意外死因顺位分别为自杀、外伤、车祸及中毒。结论　意外伤害是南召县的主要死亡原因之一 ,2 0～ 40岁年龄组和 70岁以上年龄组人群及男性人群为重点预防对象 ,应以预防自杀、车祸、外伤和中毒为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the distribution and developmental principles of the unintentional death in Nanzhao,Henan province.Method:Cluster sampling method was used.Then a retrospective survey on death during 1997-1999 was done.The distribution of the death due to the unintentional injury was described and the causes was analyzed.Results:During 1997-1999,the unintentional death was 154,the death rate was 54.31/100,000.The percent was 8.4%. It was the fifth death cause. The age group between 20～40 had the highest proportion which was more than 50%,But the unintentional death rate increased with the age.It increased doubly afer 70 year old.Men were more than women. The result of the cause analysis showed that suicide was the first unintentional death cause.Traffic accident was the second,trauma was the third,intoxication was the forth. In men population, the order of the unintentional death causes was traffic accident,suicide,trauma,intoxication.In women population,the order of the unintentional death causes was suicide,trauma,traffic accident,intoxication.Conclusion:unintentional injury is one of the important death causes in Nanzhao county.The population aging in20～40 years old and older than 70 years old and men were the important preventive population. The emphasis of prevention were suicide,traffic accident,trauma,intoxication.更多还原
