硅酸盐保温涂料在电解槽上的应用
APPLICATION OF SILICATE THERMAL INSULATION COATING IN ELECTROLYTIC CELL
【摘要】 本文对我公司电解三分厂电解槽普遍存在破损早、寿命偏低的情况进行了分析,通过在槽底部涂抹硅酸盐保温涂料增大炉底角部保温程度的试验,试验结果发现涂抹部位热损失减少了约40%,炉膛内形逐渐规整,试验槽生产正常,涂抹保温料有利于延长槽寿命。
【Abstract】 The paper analyzed early damaged,low-life electrolytic cells in the third plant,a test which amplified bottom angle’s temperature-maintaining strength by coating silicate thermal insulation Coating in electrolytic cells was carried out,the coating part’s heat loss were decreased by about 40% ,and the testing cell operated well,Thermal insulation coating was advantage for prolonging the cell’s life
