【摘要】 本文对我公司电解三分厂电解槽普遍存在破损早、寿命偏低的情况进行了分析,通过在槽底部涂抹硅酸盐保温涂料增大炉底角部保温程度的试验,试验结果发现涂抹部位热损失减少了约40％,炉膛内形逐渐规整,试验槽生产正常,涂抹保温料有利于延长槽寿命。更多还原
