【摘要】 回顾性分析 5 6例心脏黏液瘤患者手术治疗的资料 ,结果发现 :黏液瘤发生于左心房 4 8例 ,右心房 6例 ,右心室 1例 ,多发性 1例。均行手术切除 ,1例于手术 15个月后复发 ,再次手术切除。除 1例术前合并严重左心功能不全的患者术后死于低心排综合征外 ,余效果良好。提示手术切除是治疗心脏黏液瘤行之有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The operation data of 56 cases of cardiac myxoma were retrospectively analyzed. The results showed that there were 48 cases of left atrial myxoma, 6 right atrial myxoma, 1 right ventricular myxoma, and 1 multiple cardiac myxoma; the second operation for myxoma recurrence 15 months after the first operation was performed in 1 case. The operative effects were good, except for a patient with preoperative left heart failure who died of the low cardiac output syndrome. The results suggest that operation is the most effective method for treating cardiac myxomas.更多还原
