【摘要】 目的 :探讨Nd :YAG激光联合光敏黏结剂治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效。方法 :采用脉冲Nd :YAG激光脱敏后 ,再用光敏黏结剂封闭牙本质过敏区观察其疗效。结果 :治疗 86例 2 6 3颗牙中即刻有效率为 97.3% ;3个月后复查有效率为 97% ;1年后复查有效率为 90 .5 % ;2年后复查有效率为 84 .4 % ,治疗效果明显优于单用激光脱敏组(P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :Nd :YAG激光联合光敏黏结剂治疗牙本质过敏症疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To invesitigate the clinical effect of Nd: YAG laser and enamel bonding agent of light curing in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods We first desensitized the teeth with Nd: YAG laser, and then sealed the zone of dentin hypersensitivity with enamel bonding agent of light curing. Results Two hundred and sixty three teeth of 86 patients received the treatment. The instant success rate was 97.3%. And three month, 1 year, and 2 year success rates were 97%, 90.5%, and 84.4% respectively. The success rate of this method was significantly higher than that of the group in which the teeth were desensitized with laser only. Conclusion The method of treating dentin hypersensitivity with Nd: YAG laser and enamel bonding agent of light curing is a satisfactory treament.更多还原
