【Abstract】 Physical education(P.E.) with electric audio visual aids carried out in colleges of TCM indicates audio visual teaching programme can: 1) exactly give prominence to the key and difficult points that are hard to demonstrated; 2) add aesthetic education to P.E.; 3) enrich indoor teaching content and methods and vivify the class; 4) help the students understand better the basic theory of the technical movements in teaching materials so as to arouse enthusiasm for and get better results in physical training, which reflects the close relations between physical exercise and studies of all subjects.更多还原
