充分发挥科技奖励的积极作用
Give full scope to positive effect of the awards on the science and technology
【摘要】 目前科技奖励的实施因种种原因带来了一些负面效应。应采取多种措施 ,确保公平、公正 ,充分发挥科技奖励的积极作用
【Abstract】 Nowdays, there exist factors distorting the present awards system in science and technologys and corresponding measures are desperately needed to ensure that the science and technology awards’ should be granted as fairly as possible. Which will realize its positive objectives.
