福建扁莎属、湖瓜草属叶表皮特征研究
A study of leaf epidermis on Pycreus and Lipocarpha in Fujian
【摘要】 利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了福建省扁莎属四个种和湖瓜草属二个种的叶表皮 ,统计并测量了气孔类型、气孔大小、气孔密度及气孔指数等 ,描述了表皮角质膜、气孔外拱盖的有关特征 .结果表明 :1)扁莎属四个种和湖瓜草属两个种的气孔器类型均为平列型 .2 )在光镜下 ,扁莎属四个种在气孔大小、气孔器密度及气孔指数等方面有明显差异 .这些差异在微形态特征方面为扁莎属的系统学研究提供了新的佐证 ;湖瓜草属在气孔器密度、气孔指数及垂周壁式样等方面存在较大差异 ,这为湖瓜草属提供了种间分类依据 .3)在电镜下 ,四种扁莎属植物在气孔形状、角质膜特征等方面有一定差异 ,而两种湖瓜草属植物在角质膜特征方面差异明显 .
【Abstract】 The leaf epidermis structures of 4 species of Pycreus and 2 species of Lipocarpha from Fujian Province in China have been examined under LM and SEM. The stomatal size,stomatal density and stomatal index were measured and counted under LM, and under SEM,the shape of stomata,cuticular membrane and outer stomatal ledge (or rim)and trichome were described.The results show that under LM,the types of stomatal apparatuse of paracytic type,the characters between four species of Pycreus such as the stomatal size,stomatal density and stomatal index are different to a large degree.These different micromorphological characters of leaf epidermis are useful to identifying some group of Pycreus.The characters between species of Lipocarpha such as the stomatal density and stomatal index,shape and pattern of anticlinal walls of epidermis cells are largely different.Furthermore,4 speies of Pycreus as well as 2 speies of Lipocarpha are also different in outer stomatal ledge (or rim) and cuticular membrane under SEM.
