基于小波包分解的一种非稳态油膜力轴承-转子系统的碰摩故障诊断
Wavelet Packet Decomposition Based Rub-impact Fault Diagnosis On A Bearing-Rotor System with Unsteady Oil Film Forces
【摘要】 奇异信号往往载有设备运行状态的重要特征 ,小波分析理论可在时域和频域上同时对信号实现局部化处理 .转子碰摩信号具有奇异性 ,利用小波包分解具有“变焦距”性质 ,或小波包对信号的奇异性即奇异点的位置及奇异度大小的分析更加有效 ,分析了碰摩信号在小波包变换下的特征 .理论分析和计算结果表明 ,利用小波包分解能有效地实现碰摩故障诊断
【Abstract】 Singular signal often carries important information on characteristics of operating condition,the wavelet transform has good localization property signal both in time and frequency domains.The signal of rotor rub impact has singular.The rub impact signal features are analyzed on the wavelet packet decomposition,which offers a richer resolution in frequency band,or the signal singular that has position and size of singular is analyzed by the wavelet packet decomposition.The theory analysis and numerical simulation show that the wavelet packet decomposition can be used to obtain the impact fault features effectively.
