【摘要】 目的 :探讨神经内窥镜在高血压脑出血手术中的应用。方法 :总结ZEPLIN神经内窥镜辅助治疗 2 0例高血压脑出血的临床资料。结果 :本组病例术后复查CT示血肿完全清除者 12例 ,清除 80 %以上者 8例。随访 6个月 ,GOS优 6例 ,良 11例 ,中、差、死亡各 1例。结论 :神经内窥镜辅助治疗高血压脑出血具有定位精确可靠 ,手术侵袭性小 ,手术并发症少 ,术后康复快等优点 ,为高血压脑出血的外科治疗提供了新的前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 s Objective:To evaluate the results of endoscopy assisted surgery for hypertensive cerebral haematoma.Methods:The clinical material of twenty cases of hypertensive intracerebral haematoma evacuated with ZEPLIN endoscope assisted surgery was summrized.Results:Complete evacuation of haematoma was achieved in twelve cases,partial evacuation in eight cases.All patients were followed up for six months.According to GOS,the result was excellent in six cases,good in eleven,fare,poor and dead in one respectively.Conclusion:Endoscopy assisted surgery for hypertensive intracerebral haematoma shows precise location of the haematoma,minimal invasion,opportunities offered to perform adequate intraoperative hemostasis,reducing frequency of recurrent haematoma,lower post surgery complications.更多还原
